Rules, Rights & Responsibilities

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the phalgo platform — including phalgo Casino, all games, promotional features, and account services — you ("the Player," "you," "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the phalgo Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the phalgo platform. Continued use of phalgo following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and phalgo ("the Company," "we," "us," "our"). phalgo reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or platform notification.

2. Eligibility

To register and use phalgo, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal at the time of play.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phalgo, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by phalgo or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

phalgo reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility requirements are not met. Any winnings accrued by an ineligible player may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

To access phalgo Casino games and services, you must create a registered account via the phalgo Login page. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your phalgo Login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your phalgo account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Notify phalgo immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active phalgo account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. phalgo uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts.

phalgo reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

4. KYC & Identity Verification

In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements, phalgo is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. This process is known as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.

KYC verification requires you to submit:

• A clear, legible copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (acceptable documents include: Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, PhilHealth ID, or Voter's ID).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your current address, dated within the last three months).
• In certain circumstances, proof of source of funds or source of wealth may be requested.

phalgo may request KYC documents at any time, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by phalgo may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

All KYC documents submitted to phalgo are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

phalgo supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards issued by Philippine banks. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and chosen payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your phalgo account instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider.
• phalgo does not accept deposits from credit cards, cryptocurrency wallets, or any payment method not listed above.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your phalgo account.
• Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to verification requirements and payment provider processing times.
• phalgo reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.

phalgo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking system outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

phalgo offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Unused bonuses will expire automatically upon the stated deadline.
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements, or may be excluded entirely from bonus play. Refer to the specific promotion terms for applicable game restrictions.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your phalgo account at any given time.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. phalgo reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Abuse: phalgo reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or any other conduct that phalgo deems contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
• Modification: phalgo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Bonuses are provided for entertainment purposes and do not constitute a guarantee of winnings. Players are encouraged to read all promotion-specific terms carefully before opting in to any phalgo bonus offer.

7. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on phalgo Casino — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, and table games — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time dealing by licensed studio operators. phalgo is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems that are independently audited for fairness and randomness.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and is available within the game information panel.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, phalgo's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. phalgo's decision in such matters is final.
• If a game is offered in error, or if a technical error results in an incorrect payout, phalgo reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phalgo platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Creating or operating multiple phalgo accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with phalgo games or services.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to phalgo immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the phalgo platform.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your phalgo account.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the phalgo platform or the experience of other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any phalgo software or system.
• Using the phalgo platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

phalgo employs fraud detection systems and conducts regular manual reviews to identify prohibited conduct. Players found to have engaged in prohibited activities will have their accounts permanently closed and any funds held may be forfeited pending investigation.

9. Responsible Gaming

phalgo is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide a range of tools to help players maintain control of their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered phalgo players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the phalgo platform — including but not limited to the phalgo brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of phalgo or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phalgo platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any phalgo content without prior written authorization from phalgo.
• The phalgo name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of phalgo. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

phalgo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy, which is available at phalgo.app/privacy-policy.

By registering on phalgo, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, and improve phalgo services.
• phalgo does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Your data may be shared with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and payment processors where required by law or necessary to operate the platform.
• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phalgo's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the phalgo platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phalgo account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phalgo shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of phalgo.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the phalgo platform, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or device malfunctions that affect your ability to access or use phalgo.
• Any actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game suppliers, or other third parties involved in the delivery of phalgo services.

Nothing in these Terms limits phalgo's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

phalgo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Extended account inactivity (accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant).

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any applicable dormancy fees as stated in the specific account terms.

14. Amendments to These Terms

phalgo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phalgo will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the phalgo platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the phalgo platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using phalgo and may request account closure as described in Section 13.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at phalgo.app/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of phalgo, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or account decisions, players may also escalate complaints to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels. phalgo will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation or mediation process.
